FITNESS

Our fitness and strength classes focus on strengthening all major muscle groups, mobility, cardio and toning the body. Helping you feel fit, toned and strong!

There are 4 different classes on our timetable:

Upper Body + Core Strength and Lower Body Strength

These classes are all about getting you strong and toned! We put you through weighted circuits using dumbbells, kettlebells, bozu balls, steps + more.

Bodyweight + Bands

A fiery class that will get you feeling the burn while helping with mobility & posture.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. A heart raising class to increase your overall fitness, cardio and get you in the fat burning zone.

 

 

MUMS +

BUB

We realise it can be challenging to get your workouts in when looking after your little one and it's not always ideal to leave them at a gym creche.

Our outdoor classes are the perfect environment to bring along your baby or child.

Our mums n bubs friendly classes  run at 8.30 and 9.30a.

These classes are run the same as all our other classes and we also welcome the gals without bubs to come along too.

Our programming is the same for all class however we do offer modifications throughout the session if needed.

 

YOGA

Yoga is a valuable component to any fitness journey and we are so excited to be able to offer Vinyasa Flow and slow flow classes to our schedule.

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are a strong and fast paced class designed to create heat and strength in the body. Its a continusous moving class that builds up to a peak posture.

Our slow flow is a more gentle  class design to relax the body and mind. 

All levels welcome.

 

LOCATION

FIT & FLOW is located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney at Collaroy Beach 

We run our sessions outdoors on the grass in front of the ocean - in between between the Collaroy Surf club and Sloppy Tees/The Collaroy hotel.

Lots of parking at the surf club, free with council sticker plus plenty surrounding side street parking.
