Prenatal yoga & Birth empowerment course
A 6 week program designed to educate and empower women on their birthing journey.
Each week doula Meaghan Ansell and Laural Furze will provide insight and education around labour and birth, along with a prenatal yoga session designed to build a strong body and mind to carry you through pregnancy, labour and beyond.
The Birth Mama Yoga course is run over six weeks on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Each week consists of a 90 minute Doula & prenatal Yoga workshop. We start each workshop with an educational, insightful and interactive presentation from Doula Meaghan Ansell to get you prepared and empowered for birth and beyond. Followed by a prenatal yoga class with Laural Furze also including meditation, breathwork and sound healing. All designed to help your body and mind throughout pregnancy and birth.
We welcome women throughout all stages of pregnancy to come join us. Regardless of this being your first or third pregnancy, you will gain valuable tools to carry with you throughout your pregnancy and birth.
Along with gaining knowledge and deepening your yoga practice we hope to build an open and loving community of women to experience support and guidance throughout this very special time in your life.

The course runs over 6 weeks & consists of 6 in person 90 min workshops, including additional home yoga workout library and welcome gift bag.
With the most a stunning ocean view, our course will be held at the Narrabeen surf club.

MEAGHAN ANSELL, DOULA
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Meaghan Ansell started Holding the Space Births after completing her certification as a Birth and Postnatal Doula with the Australian Doula College.
Passionate about all things pregnancy and birth related, she brings her knowledge to the Birth Mama Yoga program with the hopes that following this course you will feel empowered, informed and excited about the journey of motherhood you are about to embark upon.
LAURAL FURZE, PT & YOGA TEACHER
Laural Furze started her health & fitness career in 2015 as a Personal Trainer while living in Los Angeles. In recent years after going through her own personal development and spiritual journey Laural turned to yoga and quickly realised this was a very important part of her life and her offerings.
Now focusing on women's health and wellness ,along with personal training and nutrition coaching Laural is a certified Yoga teacher specialising in Prenatal and postnatal yoga.
